Bringing 12 years of intensive study in the Iyengar tradition, Davina’s mission is to inspire strength, stamina, flexibility and balance for people of all ages.

Using props like blocks, straps and chairs, the practice is modified to individual needs. Each student is taught to awaken dormant areas of the body through the practice of postures, so joints and other vulnerable areas of the body are protected from injury, whilst learning not to move in habitual ways. Gradually a meditative aspect is introduced, as well as the important breath control work.

Group classes include:

• Absolute beginner to advanced practitioner
• Specially for athletes
• Restorative for relaxation and healing

Yoga Generation also offers the flexibility of small classes and personal sessions at your location.
